Shoots include travel within a 20 km radius of Thornton (40 km return) covering the following areas (including rural): Matatā, Thornton, Whakatāne, Ōhope, Tāneatua, and Onepu.

Yes. Each package comes with 12 digital images of choice which is perfect for those who want a more traditional set of highlights from the session. If you wish, you can upgrade to a full gallery upon viewing your images.

The Full Gallery Upgrade is essentially an upgraded package which includes ALL the best images from the session. You'll receive 50+images professionally edited images ready to download, print + share.

Let's get your newborn session on the calendar sooner rather than later, preferably (before baby is here) as we want to hold the session when baby is between 7-21 days old.

Newborn sessions are time sensitive and are booked in advance to be held during the week Mon-Fri - so don't leave it too late to book.

Babies 7-21 days old are still in that sleepy milk drunk state which means they are easier to settle and position to achieve the naturally styled images of baby wrapped on the beanbag.

A newborn session is possible for older babies upto 8 weeks old, however older babies do have longer awake windows + have begun to develop a stronger startle reflex - meaning they aren't as easy to settle + position whilst keeping them asleep.

If your baby is older than 4 weeks old, the session is more lifestyle based meaning we are not likely to achieve the sleepy images on the beanbag and instead focus the session around being cuddled in the arms of parents and siblings.

Allowing your photographer to share your images helps others families to visualise what is possible for their own photos.

If you HAVE indicated that you're ok for me to share your images on my website and/or social media pages, please know I'm always super grateful to do so and will ALWAYS allow you to see your images FIRST.

You'll be able to mark certain images as 'private' and allow me to share images you're comfortable with.

I estimate gallery deliveries within 4-6 weeks of your session but am often able to deliver sooner, depending on my workload. It's always worth the wait - i promise!

Yes, I have a selection of neutral baby blankets, heirloom-style knit rompers and clothing, wraps, and styling items to use during your session and bring everything with me.

You are also welcome to include your own sentimental styling in your images if you wish i.e. a family blanket, outfit etc.
