I know what it’s like to feel awkward & unnatural in front of the camera which is exactly why I approach things differently.
Standing in front of a camera doesn’t come naturally for most of us (me included).
I know you probably won't feel instantly relaxed, in fact, for the first 5 mins you'll likely feel awkward AF (but nothing we can't laugh our way through).
But the thing is, emotion and personality don't come from standing and smiling pretty for the camera.
It comes from leaning into the awkies, trusting the process (& your photographer), and realising you don't have to perform for perfection.
I want your photo experience to feel easy-going and comfortable.
No painstakingly fake smiles, and no pretending.
I'll get on your kids’ level, give you space to settle in, and help everyone feel at ease because that’s when the good stuff shows up.
No weird poses, no stiff smiles, and nothing forced.
Motherhood has taught me to find joy in the mess, and value the honest blink-and-you'll-miss-it-moments.
I'm here to capture those; photos that spark a memory taking you straight back, especially when you look at them years later.
